2. Products & Custom Orders

All Sole Moments products are custom printed and made-to-order. Each item is created specifically for you once your order is placed.

Because of this:

Orders cannot be changed or canceled once production has begun
Colors and placement may vary slightly due to printing processes
Product images are mockups and may vary slightly from the final product

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without notice.
We reserve the right to refuse any order placed with us.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Production time is typically 5–7 business days.
Shipping time is typically 12–15 business days within the United States.

Total delivery time may vary depending on demand, shipping location, and carrier delays. Additional time may be required during peak seasons or holidays.

You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped.

Sole Moments is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final.

However, we stand behind our Sole to Sole Guarantee. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right.

6. Accuracy of Information

We strive to ensure all information is accurate but do not guarantee that all content is error-free.

7. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party providers such as payment processors and shipping carriers. We are not responsible for their actions or policies.

8. Limitation of Liability
