Production: 5–7 business days.
Shipping: 12–15 business days after production.

How will I track my order?
You'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking once shipped.

Lightweight, breathable upper, cushioned insole, flexible rubber outsole.
Printed with eco-friendly water-based inks.
How are the shoes printed?
Heat-infusion process — no cracking, peeling, or heavy texture.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
We replace or refund free of charge. Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Can I return or exchange?
No returns for change of mind. Replacements/refunds only for defects or wrong items.
My shoes have a “new” smell — is that normal?
Completely normal and safe. Fades within 24–48 hours.
